History.
The Picaroon concept has been developed since 2022 when we purchased The Stables at Leigh Court as a strategic precursor to acquiring the estate. In 2025 the current estate owner began actively marketing the property for sale. We have submitted a credible, proceedable and fully financed offer. Once the offer is accepted we will accelerate the project swiftly.
